A tour to discover the wonderful northern light, and breathtaking scenery arctic areas of Lofoten Islands and Senja Peninsula. For the duration of this photography tour we will be hunting down the aurora borealis and capturing the finest sights that the area has to offer us. Epic snow-capped peaks, vivid fjords, charming villages and dramatic seascapes - Our basecamp for the first four days will be around Senja islands in Northern Norway. Localised on the north - east side of Norway, and often named Norway in miniature,because its territory has the diversity of landscapes that you may encounter in the rest of the country is a place offering ultimate and authentic Norwegian experiences... With us you will see, the incredible wildlife of Senja. From the small, but lively fishing village of Mefjord Brygge, we set add in our tour out to the sea on a whale safari, Welcome on board! Afterwards we will move for the remaining days in Lofoten Islands, that with its majestic landscape and wonderful light, is a popular and world-renowned destination among photographers. The Lofoten Islands are the jewel in Norway’s scenic crown. The Gulf Stream keeps Lofoten a relatively mild winter climate, This wild, untamed cluster of islands is a photography paradise. We aim to capture one of the most magnificent phenomena that nature has to offer: the Northern Lights in the most epic surroundings you can imagine, or just to savour the special atmosphere that is winter in the Arctic, from impervius mountains with the icy lagoons at their feet are an idyllic place to watch the changes of light ranging from dawn to dusk and then at dusk, all very slowly as if to allow us to take with the utmost calm.
